The staff was awesome! They really want you to succeed in life and help a great deal along the way. My advice is to stay to yourself take care of your business, get in and get out!! Blessings to the residents and staff.

The staff is disrespectful, and rude! They have the worst attitudes! And they don’t communicate with the people that lives here at all! They told me I had to move out with a 2 day notice ! I asked to stay til Monday so I can find another shelter they gave me 1 day !!! I have a three year old daughter and I don’t know where we gonna go after this I have no ride and I have all our belongings with us I don’t know what I’m gonna do I wish I had like a week advance to get all my things together ! An more time to get my stuff out of here . The staff doesn’t help with anything ! They really hate this job and you can tell ! If I worked anywhere the people will never know I hated my job!!! The women that work here look down on women that need help getting on their feet ! They will roll their eyes , giving attitude because you ask for something !!! This was the WORST shelter I’ve ever been in ! I hope the shelter gets people that actually want help women (.)

This has literally been one of the worst shelters I’ve been in. I’m supposed to be moving out tonight and they promised to help me with moving my stuff over. But they didn’t tell me that they couldn’t do all of it. And when I said are you sure my case worker said absolutely. Manipulative staff with attitude people who don’t live here can hear on the phone. If you have any other shelter options take the other options. They are absolutely disrespectful. I have had more issues with the staff then the clients.
