Something is wrong with this place. First and foremost, They are making me question my sanity as far as whether or not I was in an abusive relationship or not. I have called everyday after being referred by the police just so they can shoo me and my 6 month old baby away. I know what situation I’m in!!! So why are they questioning it? If I didn’t need HELP I WOULDNT REACH OUT, period. Something is sketchy with this place.

I am grateful for the kindness Christina has shown me. Starting with my intake interview she was understanding and patient. She interacted with my granddaughter to give me time to sort through my emotions and details of events that had occured which caused me to flee my home and husband. Christina encouraged me with sound advice on how to navigate some car trouble I was experiencing. I was informed of other programs that I felt I didnt need at the time, but she allowed me to make that choice, priceless. She provided the documents I needed for childcare, in a timely manner. When I reached out to her for help with school supplies, for myself because I enrolled in college, she said she would have to get back to me. She got back to me the next day with a celebration of a YES we have the resources you need!!!! We were in contact daily until the delivery arrived safely at my home. I would NOT have been able to begin online college without an up to date laptop. I am happy to report I received an A in one class and a B in the other. Completing this college certificate course will provide a way for me to be self reliant and care for my granddaughter. When childcare renewal was upon us, Christina was there, ready and willing. Thank you for your effort and quick action, it truley is making a difference in our lives.

Not very helpful, had me do all this paperwork (3 hours) sitting crying my heart out with a broken foot and a fractured jaw with Cristina for her to lie in my face they waited until after my case to tell me they couldn’t help me knowing I’d been outside of my home with my kids. Because i have a business oh I can’t get into shelter and Denied my assistance within 4 days but told me to wait 12 weeks. You knew and never contact me. Boy do I feel like a jerk after penalizing my ex for y’all to help me and didn’t I could have gone home, whole time I’d been emailing and calling this lady for weeks. My advice is to go back home they don’t help you. You’re better off and Cristina I pray you get fired for what you did to me. Because I really depend on you but you had nothing to say.
