This shelter offers great support the staff is genuinely there for you they help who they see really trying they are attentive to all mother's needs as long as you show that you are actually putting forth the effort, my case manager Ms Crystal was absolutely amazing she was on board with all of my needs and helped me seek housing for me and my children I would definitely recommend for a single mother with children trying to get back on their feet

The spring is probably the worst out there no support for Single mom’s promises of vouchers never given no clothes for the kids no pampers for the kids roaches all over infested in our beds as well I complained many times to upper management. No one took it serious. I’ve been on the waiting list for somebody to come spray for about three weeks now my son has been sick with a virus for over a week. My son does not go to daycare There are no support groups given here they make me want to go back to my abuser I can’t see a way out I keep asking for help

REAL DV VICTOM PLEASE DO NOT REACH OUT FOR SAFETY AND SHELTER AT THIS PLACE!!!! This
place is not a diversity and inclusion, community shelter but it is ran by favoritism and privileged raced by Management. They have so called “CLICKS”. This place is Government Funded program that is a Shelter for DV victims which you become another victim in this crises of circumstance 911. Nothing changes within the walls of this place but the rooms…what’s going in that place will remain the same in that place unless you seek real help, care and guidance. I left this place because it is ran terribly and some of the people that come in seeking help are only there for free not for real help and those are the chosen ones to be favored and able to bring in family members on a daily basis 3xdailey for free accommodation. I can say I had a great case worker Jessica and Employment outreach Trinity and Crystal were the only decent and civilized that really wanted to help otherwise management was only there to “?” But I advise any women in real crisis; DO NOT REACH OUT FOR SHELTER at this place. Please be aware of the night staff or a few ; they will make false statements/allegations against you as well. They are liar’s and disgraceful people
