Clean organized facility. I would not recommend bringing your pet at all. When you are experiencing a hard time you do not need any extra issues pushing you over the edge. Noah’s animal house is terrible in so many ways. Staff and rules are ridiculous and will change to suit their needs. No one needs this during tuff times.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. When residing you’ll be treated like a criminal with no rights. The staff needs additional training in harm reduction and what is truly means to be a low bearer shelter. Forget about donations because either the staff has taken them or you won’t even know they existed. My heart hurts knowing donors give generous amounts of money to this organization and not woman can say their life has changed for the better. Security are police cadets rejects that will harass women every chance they have ( a true joke). Re-traumatizing folks is done on a regular and if you think you have a voice forget! Staff is hardly around and is hiding out in “meetings” until it’s time to exit someone. Please make every effort to find shelter elsewhere before surrendering yourself to this facility.

I spoke with a jasmine lee who tells me to come in we are open 24hrs I get to the facility and security tells me they are closed so i waited outside calling and calling every number that was given to me and a older gentleman comes out with a purple shirt I explained to him that I needed help I had spoken to jasmine lee and he tells me we are closed so as I’m walking away he basically demands me to turn around and listen to him. So I said it’s ok and you says again listen to me I said it’s ok he basically says whatever I don’t care. All this well my kids are sitting there. Just rude disrespectful and I’m sure no care compassion or the people they pretend to want to help..

This is not a good or helpful place to be at all. The lady asking questions about what brought to shade tree loves to think she knows everything and your story to the point she actually puts things in your story that was never there. I went there for help and didn’t get it at all first they said I needed to get my dog medicine and then I can be there so after I got the medicine for her they decided to not let me be there at all due to my dog having a heart problem so in my book this place doesn’t care about people or there pets whatsoever and that’s a sad shame. SHAME ON YOU SHADE TREE FOR NOT HELPING A STRANDED WOMAN IN DANGER JUST SHAME ON YOU
