The Salvation Army is deeply committed to the modern-day fight against human trafficking (for sexual and labor purposes) and forms of commercial sexual exploitation innately linked to sexual trafficking. The Salvation Army firmly believes that the abuse and exploitation of human beings through any form of human trafficking is an offense against humankind and against God. This belief, combined with our mission to meet human needs in His name without discrimination, motivates us to work vigilantly for the prevention of human trafficking and for the restoration of survivors.

We came to drop off our donations for Angel Tree and the man that greeted us, a white man in a green polo and khaki pants was pretty rude oddly? We told him we were there to drop off donations and he gave us a blank stare before saying “Okay?” with a nasty attitude and telling us to put it on the floor. Luckily, a nice lady walked up after him and I directed the rest of my comments to her. But yeah, weird stink attitude for no reason.

I know first hand they do not have understanding or compassionate leadership here. Beware!

Always great people, always great enthusiasm, always great selfless service. We have been volunteering for them delivering meals for seven years now!
