OCCRA is always very difficult to get in contact with and if you DO by chance get to talk to someone, they are rude, short and unwilling to help you whatsoever.

Terrible experience. I have been trying to contact about my background check for a MONTH. And no answer. Very frustrating when you need help for a student teaching placement.

We all need to contact the state and have them use a different company OCCRRA is not helping us it takes them a long time to respond by email and never answer the phone. they made many mistakes with some people with the hero pay and did not address them. We should have a choice to use a different company.
