why do i need to wait 1 hour on the phone? can't they do a call back?

Just got off the phone with a rude para legal when I ask her a simple question saying " do you help with order of protection I have against my ex " we have a domestic violence case Apparently legal aid ONLY helps people about to get arrested smfh verbatim is what she said so if ur not being arrested don't bother going to legal aid according to her

When attempting to get in contact with them by phone, all you get is an endless directory that loops over and over.
