I was supposed to have an appointment elsewhere, but that office canceled on me due to the type of insurance I carried. A friend told me about this place, so I immediately checked their availability and found out they had an appointment open on the same day at the same time!! I booked due to convenience, Not expecting too much out of this…
In the end, I ended up getting a great experience with the most warm hearted, kind, and caring people you could ever find. Not only did they maintain good energy throughout the entire office, but they made it easy for me to maintain my excitement in this process. They were thorough in the questions that they asked, took time to listen, and gave solutions for just about any and all issues I had. I did not have many questions, but they explained things enough to where I did not need to ask them because they were already answered. They gave me so many resources to use not only throughout my pregnancy, but also after I gave birth. They took their time throughout my ultrasound, Making sure that I understood everything I was looking at and was fully informed throughout that entire process. I got my photo and videos the same day, about 2 to 3 hours after leaving, They printed me one to go home with as well, they gave me so many pamphlets, and they even have an advocate that will check on you throughout the entirety of your pregnancy and afterwards. I didn’t feel like I just went to a doctors visit… it had felt like I just told a group of my supporters. Everyone was so excited with me, supportive of me, and was constantly willing to help in any way that they could. You could tell that they care genuinely…. and to be doing that all of this, getting no money from the patient?? I couldn’t help but feel blessed. I would definitely recommend the center to any and everyone that becomes pregnant.
They let me know of all my options, and with me wanting to carry full term & parent, they also let me know what to look out for and what to go to the ER for. They gave me some do’s and don’ts, they gave me a couple of books, and they gave me a warmth I couldn’t have imagined.
