DOCTORS AND NURSES ARE WONDERFUL AT THIS FACILITY, but the front desk are the worst, it take them an hour to answer the phone, every time that I call, please, improve front desk!

I’ve had great experiences with getting a covid test at Good Samaritian until I guess the woman that hands me the self swab got tired of seeing me & versus telling me she wanted me to stop coming she must have placed a note on my file as when I called in to make a covid appointment a week later the volunteer refused to make me an appointment and then I received a call from the lead volunteer (male) aggressively questioning me about why I called in earlier and what I wanted. It all seemed a bit much for a self swab rapid test. Walgreens also offers them everyone and won’t berate you if they feel you’ve tested enough.
