Been there a couple of times to make donation great customer service.

This organization is an amazing family of Christian Sisters, that love us graduates and will pray with/for/over us and our children! I graduated the program in October of 2023 and this has been one of the roughest weeks I've had since I graduated! Yesterday was a horrible day! I was so tempted to just fall back into my old habits and withdraw from everyone! Funny thing is, I still live in the area and drive by the center at least twice a day (to and from work)! On my way home, I decided to go to my Genesis Sister's for help, instead of returning to my old ways and I am so thankful and blessed that I did! The staff prayed with me and over the issue that I was upset about! This gave me the strength to resist the temptation and go to a class in the evening that is one of my favorites. The leaders are wonderful, godly women of God, and the current residents embraced me like they knew me! The message was amazing and just what I needed! The Lord knew and I'm so thankful that I followed His lead! This allowed me to stop being so upset and make it all the way home without taking the "devils detour "! I am SO blessed to be a part of the Genesis Center North Texas family and have access to this kind of Sisterhood, whenever I need it! If you are struggling, are a victim of domestic violence, homeless, have a substance use disorder, it only takes one phone call to talk to them, ask questions, see if there is room available and it could possible be the most freeing, life-changing decision that you make! I absolutely was for me! It's not easy to take that first step and pick up the phone or make that final decision to go, it's actually extremely scary because we get stuck in our cycles, "our" ways of life and we don't like change! If you do though and follow God's lead, you will not regret it, I promise! God bless you all! Thank you to all of my Genesis family! I love you all!

Make sure it’s something that’s usable for anybody that goes there. That shops can use it. They also donate to battered women and children usually a good place to go ahead and take donations. They are reasonably priced in their thrift center. They accept all donations within reason. I always go there to donate and to buy what I need for the holidays or other people I know God bless and be safe
