For the most part the ladies were helpful. But to get yelled at because I forgot to rinse a cup, really made me cry . Idk who this older lady is but I damn sure didn't deserve to be talked down that way. Couldn't even ask her a question cause she was rude to me.

Spoke to Amanda she was wonderful. Drove 200 miles only to call hotline with second shift person who was rude and didn’t want to be bothered. Yet another failed shelter in Texas only taking Government money and NOT doing their job.
