People gave me dirty looks. I waited in front of the building for over two hours to try to get bed, and when the staff opened the doors to check people in they totally ignored me and went to a couple people behind me instead. I seen a long line with people waiting for something so I asked a woman what the line was for and she yelled at me and told me to go and ask the staff. Everybody was really really rude! The second night I was there, the FBI turned up the gas to an unsurvivable level so I had to leave and find somewhere else to go.😞

The staff are absolutely amazing. Very caring people. I'm currently staying here and I do volunteer work. It's been a blessing and a privilege to have earned the trust of staff. I feel very fortunate.

Low quality food, beds and staff... Would give negative 5 if possible. Runs like a jail, I was in PCJ for a few months and I would rather stay there, only difference is you can use ur phone & walk around Tacoma after you get forced to wake up at 6 eat at 7:30 get kicked out at 8:30. Extremely unrecommended unless it's your only option
