Angelic Chico rated 1 a year ago I only gave it 1 star because i had to so i could comment, 0 stars!! I lived at Desert Winds property. The apartments are run down, no one will fix anything no matter how many times you ask. The hot water didnt work for the first 5 months i lived there and never worked in the 2nd bathroom. My a/c units were broken and cool the apartmemt properly for 5 months and i had water spilling all over the carpet for months with no help. My kitchen cabinet fell off after 4 months of repair requests, and i had drug users and dealers living all around me. Stealing all of my packages that were delivered. |
Adam Schumann rated 5 2 years ago I have had the most tremendously assuring sense of satisfaction knowing my mother lives here in the new senior village and it has been an incomparable opportunity for both our respective independences. I have to say that I have never found a better fit with more understanding and patient staff, even with more difficult clients. They are truly pious and nonjudgmental people here to help if you want it. Home is beautiful and staff is responsive, quick and respectful. Never happier finding another place for my mother to live! Thank you, TMM! |
Genevieve Bowman rated 1 4 years ago I had an appointment almost two months ago with Shelley for an apartment and haven't heard back from her. I have left several messages and they continue to tell me she is very busy and has still not returned my calls. If you're going to them in a time of need for affordable housing, it would be nice if this faith based organization would subscribe to what they preach and assist the people that need help. |
Victoria Cass rated 1 6 years ago I know a woman, her 10 and 12 year old boys and a 4 month old baby girl were living at salvation army for 2 days. Salvation army sent her to TMM, which I took her. They said between deposit and rent it would be between 900 to 1000 to get in. I agreed to pay that for her. There was a huge stack of paperwork to fill out and a 40 dollar application fee. She got the run around. It has been over 3 weeks and still no answer if she can move there. She was told she would have an answer in 24 hours. I have contacted KGUN because I think they need to be accountable. Families turn to them in time of need and there ripping people off. Salvation army management, Kim, says they are no longer referring women to them and they are willing to verify this story. Do not give them your 40 dollars. This place needs to be fined and receive no further funding of any kind |
