Suncoast Center Inc. Family Service Centers

Suncoast Mental Health is not a place I would recommend to receive Mental Health Services. I've been going there off and on for 20 years. Their Services for the last couple of years is terrible. They are very unprofessional in their care of clients, including myself. Today was enough for me to realize I have other positions. I was going there for so long which is the only reason I stayed. Not anymore. Suncoast, do what you do, next to nothing. As for me, I'm going elsewhere because I need help. I'm going somewhere else. I D.O. H.A.V.E. O.P.T.I.O.N.S.llllll

I have been diagnosed with 5 mental illnesses the worst being severe anxiety and panic attacks. Was reassigned to jennifer baleil. After 4 visits I searched for a help somewhere else. She is not a nice person and never once asked how im managing or feel. Just have a seat she would say. Never listen to me or took time to even look at me just her computer screen. In my opinion she is not fit to be responsible for her position and Suncoast should not have a nurse practitioner taking care of mental illnesses

Terrible. Front desk employees are apathetic and do not properly communicate. I went there for months and only had maybe 4 sessions with my therapist because of constant cancellations, worst part of it being that I’d drive all the way there just to be told my therapist cancelled, no call, email, nothing to let me know so I didn’t waste my gas. My last appointment I went in and they told me my therapist was no longer there, once again didn’t notify me. Never went back. These people don’t care about healthcare, don’t waste your time, you’ll never get what you need.
