They never answer the phone. No matter the time of day you call. Morning, afternoon or before close. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! Whatever it is you need you’re better off going to a different office or just going down to franklin st if you have the time. I’ve seen staff employed at this office but no one EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!

Unable to get anyone on the phone or to return my calls after weeks of calling and leaving voicemails.

The American Job center is supposed to be there to help ppl get jobs. The computers have no active Microsoft Word on them.
