I happened to stubble upon Stallion Pointe yesterday & had the great advantage of meeting Cari, she was wonderful to work with. I loved the property & the tour of the unit. The neighborhood seems pretty quiet & I learned a lot of additional perks about the property & surrounding area. Thanks to Cari, I think I found my new home.💕

Everytime I try to get in contact with someone in the office I never can. An how do residents have to park in visitors when they stay here. They don't care what someone is going threw at all. Residents that don't cause any trouble at all they still give them a hard time. An take it from me I don't think these apartments you would want to move in cause you are subject to go threw something. They will try to evict you over a animal. An I was told by another resident that she charges $10 a day for pets. Over residents have also told me she pushed someone's kid. She is also disrespectful to residents as well. Alot of residents seem to have a problem with the manger.. I have never met her personally so I don't know. Hope the things they say about her true.

So, I would just like to start off by saying thank you to everyone in the office at Stallion Pointe. The level of professionalism is off the charts! Special thanks to my leasing agent CARI who is the sweetest person ever! She never took her eye off the ball from start to finish! I really appreciate all the hard work and dedication, especially her attention to detail! Thank you all for the wonderful experience! I can’t wait to become a part of the Stallion Pointe community.

There is no communication between tenants and managers. They are suppose to notify us of any changes made as far as visitors parking goes never received any notices saying that visitors parking was changed but when I visitors come over and we register their cars and tell them where to park only for their car to get towed is not right. There were no notifications and some of these parking spots still say visitors parking that they claim are no longer supposed to say visitor parking. There are other issues with maintenance and the fact that they don't finish a job the started I still have a hole in my wall from where the maintenance man claimed he needed to get to a pipe behind the wall.
