If I could give no stars I would. All they want is your child they’re not for both parents in the situation. If one parent does not want a child and the other does, the other parent should have that right to the child. Not be forced in to legal actions to obtain their own child. they are out for nothing but money and your unborn child.

I was pressured into giving my first child up for adoption by staff and my parents in 1997. I was 19 years old. No one advocated for me, no one listened to what I wanted and the only thing they wanted was my baby. My terms for adoption of my son were clear, partially open adoption, clear and concise communication, and a chance for him to know about me and any future siblings he would have in the future. On top of being ignored, and being made to feel selfish for wanting to keep my son, I was told by a case worker that my son's father's paperwork refusing to give up his rights, was purposely "misfiled" until the deadline for submission was over. They thought it was funny. On top of being forced to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with, the agency did not advocate that I recieve the proper care after the fact, and instead of being wheeled out of the hospital, I was forced to walk out and watch them wheel the adopting mother out in a wheelchair instead. The entire experience was devastating, and almost destroyed me. When I called about 5 years later, asking for the adoption records, as I was the mother who gave my son up for adoption, I was told they had no information on me or the adoptive family, that there were no records of the adoption ever taking place. I then called again when all adoptions were forced open a few years ago, and was told to go to a website and put my info in so my son could find me if he wanted to. Again, I was refused the right to see what I signed. I rate this place 0 stars. I hope this organization is thoroughly investigated and shut down.
