Polite helpful staff but the area is still under construction

This is the most unprofessional office I’ve dealt with not once but twice two different case managers have I had issues my current case manager is supposed to fill my gas card for work every week I’ve emailed all documentation I can’t ever get a hold of him via email or phone he never lets me know when he has seen my information so then I’m forced to come in I have to wait 30 minutes to a hr what I find funny is how when we don’t comply with the program rules we are IMMEDIATELY sanctioned but when we have done our part they can pick and choose when to do THEIR jobs never can get a hold of a supervisor and there is never. Any resolution to the conflict I would highly recommend another location this place is just a waste of property

So clearly the TWC has their phone services blocked. Every number I've gotten has given me the same run around. This is ridiculous. Go figure. The place that is supposedly to help you find a job, doesn't want do theirs.. Smh

Big massive staffing agency. Seems like they hold big companies accounts other Amazon which it's already a big deal for having so much people working at this place. It looks like a job fair there. Easy to find noticeable from the street, clean place, easy to access not if you are handicap or at least I didn't see an elevator. People are polite and helpful. They lack of organization though. The have improvised desks, cubicle computers for their trainees and a big orientation class all in one massive single room... The recruiting team is helpful but don't look very savvy or know what they are doing. Makes it harder and takes a long time to apply with people that are still learning how to run a place like this...

These guys are so equipped there are computers also there is a area where you can study and also they help you with different finances when you're trying to achieve something there is always someone there on task the service is very polite and the environment is very clean I really hate that they closed down the location off of Buckner as well it's on Loop 12 I went to college from the location off of Loop 12 the recruiters are awesome you just have to want to get up and do something with yourself but they really will help you try being productive and on time it helps you get farther with your mission have a blessed day and don't ever give up
