So I called them to get help since I am a poor single mom and after they transferred me to the Alexandria Department and then they had to go and get all my information and then had to refer me back to this department only for them to call me and tell me that they couldn't help me because it's a modification in custody. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY WILL NOT HELP SAVE YOUR CHILDREN. They do not care about your story or how hard you've worked to take care of your kids and their dad is trying to get some custody all cause I finally filed for help. They do not have knowledge to help. They just want the easiest cases. And literally told me it would be their dad that they would have to help because he's trying to claim that I'm a monster all of a sudden like how does that even make any sense. I'm literally trying to save my children from going somewhere where they don't want to go and I tell them this and they do not care.

i called 2 to 3 weeks ago for help the receptions told me that they would call me if i was qualified for free legal help i receive a call very last minuet before my appeal date then they want me to ask the judge if i can reschedule my appointment date so they can get the information they need to help me and get this fill an application to see if im qualified for free legal help got to love free help lol check out the southeast Louisiana legal e\services in the other city's they range from 3 to 4 stars they must be helping people stay far away from houma
