I can't believe our tax dollars pay these ladies in the office to act the way they do. Ladies refused to give me their manager/supervisor and wasted at least an hour of my time hanging up when I called needing a question to be answered. Whoever is in charge of this department has no accountability with their employees.

Called the office to speak to someone about an identity issue as they are reporting that I owe 14,000 dollars in child support. Kelly the girl who answered the phone would not allow me to speak to a manager. Even though in 2022 they had been taking money out of two of my jobs, and had stolen my tax refund. That they had to reimburse to me.
