I called to reschedule my 9 year old sons appointment as he has dealt with losing a family member very close to him but he was just refusing to talk about it today. When I called to reschedule I almost thought I had the wrong number due to the lack of professionalism. I have decided to not reschedule his appointment here or bring my son here for even his FIRST appointment. I was just trying to get my child some help..

The communication from this place is mostly terrible. If it's your only option, and you can overlook the laughably bad professionalism, they may suffice. At this point, it's good riddance rather than thanks and goodbye. Edit: read where someone had an issue with the billing department in their review and we had similar issues. That is just one part of the bad communication.

I have always been treated by nothing but respectfully by everyone from my Dr. to my therapists and entire staff at CFS. Started by talking to 1 therapist and it started a years long way to actually seeing to real results. It's honestly not something I thought I would live to see.
