Really good therapist that helped my family but I had to remove 2 stars for the receptionist Darlene or Dorene. She is very rude when she responds to a question or comment doesn’t look up appointments properly hates to interact with people which is her job. Puts you on hold without explanation then expects you to send the message in the inbox for the therapist rather than go ask herself or call you back with a definite answer she needs to be fired zero Human Resources skills and social skills she gets upset when you don’t understand her and hangs up without any explanation. Once we called to cancel an appointment and we didn’t remember my sons therapist name and she got upset because she had to look it up I clarified also I was calling for my wife to cancel or book a new appointment and was upset my wife couldn’t do it (my wife was sick and English is her second language) I always get happy to see the other assistant on the desk when I arrive but regret to see Dorene or Darlene.

They need the approval of the abuser before they'll offer services for the abused.

Didnt follow up often on scheduling. Not worth the wait when seeking help.
