For ten years Samaritan House has been a part of my world -- up until March 3, 2022, when I confronted the illegal backdating of my lease. It was then that leasing engaged in retaliatory methods to push me out. Leasing has used fear and intimidation tactics on a number of past and present clients such as: you can't recert if you fight or invoke your rights'. You can't reapply if you fight eviction. All against Fair Housing and program policies and procedures. Leasing voided my lease and then gave me a 30 day Notice to Vacate thinking their office is above the law. Title 24 CFR Regulation is attached to any subsidized housing program; yet, leasing did not care about the mission nor ethical practices. If your lease was backdated, contact Texas Attorney General. They have the authority to investigate nonprofit organizations who operate schemes as this one. Tay, from Resident Services made it possible for me to relocate into a much better living environment, ensuring my program was not violated.

I am trying to get my son out of there because it stressing him out that not good on his hearth ..it to much he dont have air in his room ...but I do thank you rfor giving my son place to stay but get to do better with houseing n the food
