The staff member we encountered was curt, dismissive, and unresponsive to our efforts to engage. As a two-parent household, we were working three jobs and had spent over $22,000 on hotels since November to stay housed, we sought assistance with food and information about additional services. We received only a few peaches and canned goods, which was deeply disappointing. Regrettably, Chester, a more courteous staff member, was not available during our visit.
