I called needing help with rental assistance. As we don’t have a car I asked the lady how far of a walk it would be from where I lived. I gave her my address and she instantly started arguing with me. I said ma’am everyone is going through a hard time right now I’m not trying to argue. Like you are in a position to help people why are you arguing with them? So sad!

I have had a scheduled pick up for over a week. The truck came and would not take anything that I had not given to the person that took my request for a pickup. They would not take any items that had years of dust on them (they considered them stained). I am very disappointed in the Salvation Army. I did not know that they only accepted items in prestine condition. I would post No Stars but it would not let me exit.

They do very well with the resources they have. Friendly and cheerful staff unloads my car and I’m on my way! Check drop off hours before you go. They close early.

A over price place for the stuff they get. For free mind you. They are not afraid to charge $300 dollars for a cabinet that was donated to them by a kind soul. Which in turn makes people not donate to them since they overcharge on donatnations. Thus limiting the amount of goods that be sold to help get the much needed money to continue services.
