Safenet made me feel safe physically and emotionally. They provided for me things I needed, clothes, food, and personal hygiene items. They offer many resources to help you move forward in your journey to be safe and successful. The office staff and shelter staff are kind, caring and helpful. Safenet is and was a life changing program.

I bought a little girl a tablet for Christmas and delivered it myself to the facility. The mother was kicked out in a rushed way and made her have to leave things behind which included the child’s tablet and when I tried to get it back to mail it to the child they said the mother would have to come get it knowing the mother didn’t have a car and lived an hour away from the facility. They also informed her that they threw the mother’s personal belongings in the trash which included photos of her dead mom. Horrible people!

My friend stayed here a while and when she moved out she forgot her kid’s brand new tablet that was a Christmas present from my mom. They won’t let my mom or myself pick it up even though they know my mom is the one who dropped it off there. They know my friend has no car and now lives an hour away and can’t come get it herself so they basically stole that baby’s tablet, and they’re just rude for no reason.
