If i could leave no stars a would. Please tell me how it is appropriate for safe harbor to walk into your room at the hotel without knocking and just walking in while you and your kids are changing??? Then proceeded to yell at my sister and make her feel awful for no reason??? I thought safe harbor was supposed to help victims out of a dangerous situation not become the new abuser. The safe harbor in Anderson needs to be cleaned out. They have people that are mentally abusing victims and their kids just so they can feel better about themselves. They should be ashamed to say that they are victims advocates. And while the victims of abuse are sitting in hotel rooms struggling with money and mental health issues their employees are always on vacation or apparently now thanks to HTI the employees get to ignore victims more while theyre at baseball and football games. I heard good stories about this organization. However, the one in Anderson needs to be shut down or they need to get rid of some employees. Correct me if I'm wrong. Y'all are supposed to be helping victims that have just came from traumatized situations. That had to get away from their abusive partners. So please tell me why the heck y'all's staff can just scream and yell at these ladies like they are nothing. My daughter is currently there and is trying to get out of there asap. She just left an abusive relationship that she had to get her children away from to go to a place that is supposed to make her feel safe at to get yelled at in front of her children for not putting a hair net and gloves on when making her kids food.What is really going on here?
