For starters..I would recommend this class for all individuals. This class does not only help you as a person that want to better themselves. It gives you another way to approach trails and tribulation in your life. Doc is an excellent teacher. He's very blunt and straight to the point. Reminds me of DR. PHIL. To change yourself you must want to change. To help others you must help yourself first. Words from Doc. I challenge everyone to take this class, before the courts recommend this class. In other words if you take this class. Its possible your mind set will set you apart from others. Probably would never get in trouble in the first place. Put this class on your resume. Jobs should recommend this class...Lol😊

This is the best place to go to these people with work with you on anything. I'm still at this place and i can say we talk about real life situations that will help better motivate you
