Tammy Ann’s behavior toward volunteers is openly demeaning and fundamentally at odds with the Christian values the mission claims to uphold. Her attitude is corrosive, her treatment of others is consistently unkind, and her conduct actively undermines both volunteer morale and the credibility of the organization. Deborah’s behavior was similarly unacceptable—demeaning, rude, and confrontational. It is deeply troubling to see a nonprofit organization employ individuals who act in such clear contradiction to its stated values. They know better, and yet repeatedly chose not to behave accordingly. The city needs to look into this immediately.

I’d like to submit an honest review I am a woman about my word I’m Nakkya I was here in February of this year with my two kids I was uncertain at first what the outcome would be but I was determined it wasn’t easy I understand no one wants to come to a shelter but when all else fells do what you have to do to get out of here I was here for two weeks before my referral got placed for emergency housing now transitional housing be grateful be mindful that they are here to serve you it may not seem like it but be thankful you have a meal a place to lay your head and shower this is coming from somebody who was in a car and hotel weekly before their doors opened for us it was cold below zero degrees you are not here to get comfortable you are here to graduate and get back on your feet so make the best out of it
