Had such a great time at the clinic and boutique. The staff are so warm and welcoming and answered all my questions! I was able to get some much needed items for baby due in September :)

I would love to give this clinic a 5 star because the space is clean & welcoming just like most of the staff! They are informative, resourceful & supportive. However when I came to the peek of my appointment, the temperature changed…I was placed in the care of the health care professional (Julie) Who ordered me to clear the table of my things (small purse & water bottle) so her clip board could rest, then read off my results as if it was a script. Asked had a had any symptoms…yes, a possible yeast infection. She then turned her nose up & said that wasn’t a sign. I then asked if she was the only nurse available (after experiencing the 3 minutes thus far I knew she didn’t share the same common people skills as I or the rest of the staff. I was completely put off by the lack of her sensibility, education & professionalism. Unfortunately there was only one nurse on duty so I decided to move forward with the appointment so I could have an ultrasound.

I am incredibly grateful to have discovered Crystal’s Women’s Clinic. From start to finish, the ladies and staff here have been truly angelic in their support—offering compassion, guidance, and encouragement at every step. As a first-time mother, the parenting classes have alleviated my anxieties and prepared me thoroughly for the journey ahead. My partner, also embarking on fatherhood, found the classes equally insightful; the weekly videos have helped him understand and empathize with my experience during pregnancy, and as a result he has become an even more supportive and attentive partner. I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to Fran for her quick responses, dedication in sending out weekly videos, and for making both the parenting program and the shopping boutique such fun and enjoyable experiences. Thank you all for everything you do!
