Really disappointed in this “help center”. came to drop off donations and after standing in the cold ringing the doorbell no one even answered! I would absolutely hate to be in need of help and not even be answered at the door.

From the moment she opened the door I felt unwelcome, a burden to her time after they postponed me for 6 days and all around terrible experience.

I do not recommended. They push paper work things you can do your self. They have some resources if you are in dire need but most likely you would have to be sent there by an officer. you are almost better off opening up your own crisis center and collecting grant money
