This institution remains heavily steeped in the predatory energy of its founding. Patients are treated as 'clients' to be utilized for financial gain rather than individuals seeking care. Until this business model is reassessed and shifted toward a genuine doctor-patient relationship—one where understanding the patient's perception is a priority—the cycle of misdiagnosis and exploitative testing will continue. The current system must cease to exist before true healing can begin.

Everything’s great at this facility my only complaint would be that I’ve had to change doctors at least twice now, it would be nice if they would notify patients that their doctor is leaving so that I don’t have to wait months before seeing a new doctor and getting treatment. Edit: changing my review to one star. Had to change my dr now at least 4 times. I don’t get a timely notice, I only find out when it’s time to refill my prescriptions and so I’ll have to wait months before getting a new dr appointment and my prescription refill. A few times I’ve had drs leave the facility before I can get to see them for my first appointment with them.

I showed up 40 minutes before my appointment to fill out my health history and go through their registration process. They never gave me forms to fill out my previous health history, which I found to be bizarre. It would have given me time to remember/look up dates of previous procedures or exams. The front desk was very friendly and informative, which was great. The nurse who brought me back to take my height, weight, and blood pressure seemed to have a judgmental attitude and when I said “thank you,” I would get back a “yep” or “mmhm.” Lisa was ok, she seemed to have a dismissive attitude at first but seemed to show genuine care as the appointment went on. When I went to check out, there was a sign telling me to wait there until I’m called forward. There was also a sign on the door saying an alarm would sound if I tried to go through it before checking out. There were 3 check out desks, only one had a person at it and that person was socializing with someone and not working on checking them out. When another person was walking by, they opened the door and ushered me through to check out at the check in desk with an eye roll. I’m beyond frustrated I waited two months to be treated like a nuisance.
