I called to simply ask questions regarding information for a client and it seems there was a constant tone of rudeness. It was if I was bothering the staff to ask questions.

I am a 65 year old man and they took good care of me for the 4 weeks I was there. The people who run this place are good people with an insurmountable task they all earned my respect.
