A abusive institution that takes all outside communication and resources away. They hire under qualified 20-28 year olds who have never been In a addiction and are very condescending if you're not like them. The staff gossips and are far from earth, they all have terrible vocal fry to so if you don't want to feel like you're in a high school full of mean girls you'll get a headache. They don't help as much with groceries as you'd think like I said they cut your communication off and only want money from you and treat you either like a convict or a injured puppy. The therapists are never qualified and always quit their jobs so you can't get close to anyone because they will just leave. There is favouritism.

I definitely recommend Renewal House..they saved my life 21 years ago. I came into the program thinking I knew everything and thought I didn't need help. Let's just say i learned otherwise.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I never had a chance. These people called DCS on me when I called them for help with my addiction because they thought I wasn't coming to treatment. They had me scheduled for Today Wednesday the 11th to come in. They called DCS on me on the 6th of February. I had transportation set up to come to them and DCS came to take my son on the 9th of February...THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. DO NOT call them for help. Now I have to go to a different treatment center because they had my son taken from me. They should be shut down. And I should be able to sue them for HIPAA violation. ITS SAD THE VERY PEOPLE I TURNED TO FOR HELP ARE THE ONES WHO DID THIS TO ME.
