Rehoboth Baptist Church

Thought the Halloween event was great. It started raining and people went inside. My daughter was turned away from the play area because you can only play on it "on Sundays only". (she was crying) Why was the door wide open? All lights on? all Sunday school doors wide open? "you can look but you cant play" Is this a way to get people to come back Sundays? Because it is not going to work and did not work. Left a bad taste in my mouth. You had a real opportunity to show kids how fun this place could be, especially knowing it was going to rain. instead you had security in there turning kids away at the bottom of the slide, after they took off their shoes and jackets. Keep the door closed then? turn the lights off? Not very welcoming

Stopped here as visitors looking for a church home. Oh my goodness were they welcoming and friendly. Charles the door greeter made us feel like family and introduced us all around and gave us a tour. Bible-based sermon from the funny but Spirit-led Pastor Curtis. He was also wonderful to talk to. Definitely a shepherd doing God's work. I was so glad the Worship Team mixed in an old hymn, which I personally enjoy. Our search for a church home in Kirksville is over. ❤️ ⛪️

This church is Bible based, valuable choice of classes for adults and excellent youth classes and events! After moving from KC and leaving a wonderful church I am happy to find a new home here!
