Redirect Counseling Services, Inc

Nice people but I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and accountability at Redirect Counseling Services. I enrolled in a nine-week drug and alcohol class and by week five of my counseling I never received an email or link to join. When I brought this up, instead of taking full responsibility right away, staff tried to push the blame back on me. Only after more discussion did they admit it was their mistake. This was a huge inconvenience and a total disregard for my time. I took off work and made arrangements to attend, only to be left without access to the class because of their poor internal communication and lack of professionalism. For a place that should be focused on helping people, I expected much better.

I WAS LOST BUT NOW I AM FOUND!!!! Redirect changed my life!! I used to do nothing but drink copious amounts and drive as fast as I could down the interstate and through town. Since my rehabilitation I haven't driven in 2 years! Thanks Redirect!!

I drove from Wayne county I pay my $50 I wasn't able to do any classes at the time they was d they dropped me from the glasses took my $50 then going to tell me I need to come back and give him 50 more dollars they need to be reported to the state
