I've worked alongside and observed this organization for more than six years and hold it in very high regard. Its work is difficult and complex. Relative to its size and resources, Redeemed operates one of the most professional anti-trafficking programs I've encountered in this region of the country. The organization has developed tremendous credibility among the social services and law enforcement communities while remaining resolutely collaborative with other nonprofits. I've experienced Redeemed's leadership as being humbly self-reflective, self-aware, and consistently committed to improvement.

To paraphrase James, true religion is to help the poor & defenseless. The trafficked have been physically and mentally abused from their youth, worn down, have no belongings or assets, and few skills. Even church members turn their back on them, because of what these women have been forced into. Redeemed Ministries helps these women gain a correct understanding of themselves as made by God in His image - people for whom Christ died to redeem them into an abundant life. That takes love, patience, time & effort on everyone's part. Redeemed Ministries & the ladies they help are well worth your prayers and financial donations. They offer regular presentations to help people get familiar.with them & their ministry - I highly recommend you sit in on one.
