Confidential, professional support to help individuals navigate emotional challenges, improve mental health, and build coping skills. Services may address anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, or life transitions in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
Leaving an abusive partner is the most dangerous time for domestic violence survivors and their families. That’s why our emergency shelter is in a confidential location, providing a safe haven to 100 adults and children each year. These programs are the direct result of advocates and survivors working together to end the cycle of violence and address our community’s changing needs in creative and innovative ways.
