They tried calling us about them not getting the correct loan number but we’ve been paying off our mortgage with the same loan number for almost a year, then they tried getting the loan number & ssn over the phone? They’re completely useless and unorganized and I’m convinced any good review that they have is fake.

My case worker R'Breanna Dawes never responded my phone calls and emails. I miss one paper but she didn't let me know and instead of that I got an email at July 12 at 10:57 pm saying that my case was denied. Next morning I called the office and they said my case was still open. I sent the paper the paper Ithat was missing I sent but she never responded. I call the office to say that I send the paper. In July 18 I sent her the same paper again and also cal office to make sure she got the email to reach her out to call me back and she call me at 5pm it was like the office was empty and she did that to pretend she was solving the problem and I can't hear her in the other line she was quiet, so I sent email again and call from my daughter phone she answer but was quiet again and nobody talk' than she send me an email saying the problem was in the phone. and after that she sent another email to me to say that my case was denied and the reason was other. this is not my fault that the line doesn't work and it's not my fault they didn't contact to try solving the problem. I called next day in July 19 to the office and they said my case is closed because they dont have comunication. She got my paper in July 15 and 18 and didn't upload it. and instead of that she close my case saying she had no comunication with me.

I don’t think they really want to help people who actually need help. No one ever answers the phone you have to leave messages for everyone and just pray they call you back. If you do get a answer someone will quickly say hold on and transfer you to someone’s voicemail. Then you get the run around on everything and nobody has the same information for you . Not to mention every other week someone is going to be out of their office for the week and you can’t get in contact with them. So much for helping the people.

Very difficult to get a mortgage. Everyone I’ve talked to (friends and family) have ranted and raved about the experience especially for those who have blemished credit or lots of revolving debts and whatnot. I don’t qualify by myself because my DTI is too high, allegedly…. But they asked for my wife’s paystubs for consideration of repayment…. Then, it was suggested we apply jointly. My wife has something on her credit that is prohibiting us from obtaining a mortgage at all. They expect us to get an “explanation” overnight for what’s on our credit but don’t take into consideration the time it takes to obtain from the creditor. People who work there are far from empathetic and literally just call to “follow up” to check off the box. I won’t be contacting them again. Right now, I’m planning our move OUT of RI. Processes down south seem tons more easier and lenient.
