I have been going to the office in Ft. Mitchell for about 2 years now something like that. I started seeing Ali Jones and she was great. she listened and I never had a problem getting my meds sent in aor referrals sent. I was also seeing Alexa Koon and she was amazing too. the Dr. Ali went to the Phenix City Location, and I started seeing Amanda Uzzell. I have nothing but good things to say about her as well. she listens to every concern and I never feel rushed. She doesn't tell me well we have to make another appointment to discuss that, like my dads's PC does Dr. Abdullah at Piedmont on Stadium Dr.) Thank you for all you guys do.

My doctor (Mila Riehl, MD) is very professional and caring for her patients all the time! This PC Location is fixing to expand into a new building fifty feet in front to handle heart, older patients, etc.
With children patients having more room to expand in the existing building! ❤️I love my doctor & the staff members working there.

My son attended Preferred ABA Services in Columbus, GA. This office is the headquarters to that facility. Within the first month of my son attending, I had concerns around "Parent Training". Basically there wasn't any unless I requested it. The BCBA placed on the IBP that was submitted to insurance that parent training would take place 2 times per week, in office. Firstly, when I received the call about scheduling an assessment, this BCBA called my phone three times back to back. I was busy with a client at the time and I answered on the third call, in a very rude way! It is highly unprofessional to call a parent three times within minutes of each call and not leave a message. Forwarding on to the start of treatment, I only let this go on for about 6 months, however within that 6 months, I filed three complaints with no resolution to my concerns. My son's behavior became worse in the home life while attending ABA there. I cannot even count the amount of times my son got hurt. One incident where he scraped his elbow so bad I had to seek medical help to get it to heal. He had a tooth knocked out while there and I never received an incident report about it. All they do is high energy play here. I can't speak for the other BCBA's that work there, but the one my son had was terrible at communication and her treatment plan caused more harm to my son than helpful. I made a complaint to the owner of the ABA facility, that is in this office. I did not receive a return phone call and instead she told the general manager, Katherine at Preferred ABA that I had called to speak to her. Katherine at the center sent me an email to let me know that she knew and was unprofessional in her demeanor. I SUGGEST ANY PARENT WITH A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD, SEEK ALTERNATIVE ABA THERAPY SERVICES. My son does much better not attending there and that is sad. ABA is designed to improve the child's quality of life, not to be harmful. I am in the process of filing the appropriate complaints through the proper channels for a full investigation.
