Kind of hard to talk to anyone if no one ever answers the phone iv called four times and the line is always full and I'm told to try again later

After qualifying for legal aid & going through their intake process, I was told an attorney would be calling me back. 3 months later...still waiting. They also have an issue returning phone calls.

Jura, Matthew was my lawyer that helped me with 2 evictions. Free help means very minimum help! They sealed my 1st eviction because of the massive bedbugs investigation at Skyrise Apartments!
I lost everything and tried to kill myself!
After getting out of hospital I still had bedbugs and was being evicted again for not leaving soon enough. Praire State would not do anything at this point. I lost all my furniture, my emotional support dog; Lolita. I lost my pease of mind and will not live much longer!
They evicted me and now I can’t rent an apartment!
I’m homeless!
Good job Praire State!
