Scott Brumley is the BEST County Attorney in The State of Texas... And that's coming from another elected County Attorney. Potter County residents have ZERO idea how lucky they are!!!

A rather rude woman handled my return call. She didn't display much care or willingness to spend her time doing her job. Hopefully, this isn't indicative of how the rest of their office runs.

I am a landlord and turned in a hot check from a renter in 2018. I have been calling in this for almost two years to get told today they are going to return it back to me to take to small claims court. If you write a hot check in potter county don’t worry. All you have to do is avoid them, don’t respond and they will dismiss it! I’m out yet another 800.00 from this horrible renter. Worthless! You try to do things correctly and the right way for nothing.
