When needing legal advice on a Landlord/Tenant issue; where Buncombe County Permits & Zoning had shut down utilities on the rented property, because it was commercially zoned, "Justin" was egregious and questioned me as if I was a squatter. Felt like an interview from a detective rather than an attorney that wanted to protect my interests. When I brought up the fact that the property was also in disrepair and infested with mold, they recommended reaching out to a personal injury lawyer. I have never felt so disrespected when seeking legal advice.

I had qualified for representation and was assigned a lawyer for an eviction. I had enough evidence to win my case, but my lawyer decided to not show during court. Then on top of it my previous lawyer with the same firm spoke to the opposing party saying I can't afford rent. This is an update. I was forced to call them again and they again refused to represent me. All they did was waste my time. Now that I got upset the threatened me with legal actions. We wish you the best going forward." -Pisgah Legal The literally threatened someone with a mental health condition with legal actions. Due to their own neglect. I'm in a home with no wastewater treatment. I have to poop in a bucket. Yet they still refused to do anything to help me other than just call me. All they provide is info you can find through Google. Last time they refused to help me my car was set on fire by the landlord. This time my landlord has broken into my van, stolen, peeped into my window, took pictures of me inside my home, took everything off my porch and burned it all in front of me. Slashed all 4 of my tires and spray painted my windshield. Yet they did nothing to help me at all. They will have you sign a retainer which isn't even a retainer. It's a waver saying they will probably not represent you. I have worked with many lawyers in my life. This is the only one who made a threat to me. Just because they refuse to do their jobs.
