Has helped me more than I've ever been helped at a time when I needed it the most. My caseworker Chastity (I may have spelled that wrong) has been a true god send. Thank you Chastity and Twin City Mission for saving my life!

View previous review. I feel that the people who are above these employees should be informed and concerned about this behavior. It is very apparent that these people are unaware of what is acceptable behavior and how to hold a civil conversation. The problem stems from early childhood. People who behave this way at this age, I believe the youngest was at least 40 and the two men front desk lady are in their kid 50s have not been able to pick up or comprehend basic social skills that to be quite frank my 9 and 8 year old son have already mastered. I was here today to grab some lunch. I have two jobs and a home but just needed a hand today. The two men are healthy and able to work but choose a life of free room and board to go along with their cowardly behavior towards people who show up, say please and thank you, behave properly like me. The character analysis of the behavior I mentioned earlier without a doubt goes hand in hand with them manipulating the system and taking a bed from someone who really needs it. I'm going to make sure that the correct people who need to know what's going on in the forefront are advised about the behavior and reputation these people are smearing on the hard work for those employees who care. To summarize in one word, DISGUSTING!
