Nice people. Decent workshop and a genuine pastor. Sadly felt somewhat lifeless. I know they have incredible programs and therefore we need these type of churches. People would be left by the wayside if they didn’t have churches that support programs that they provide! The congregation felt like they go out of obligation. Sadly I felt like the people don’t want the fullness of God. They want to take part, but not change. I know it’s not everyone, but you can sense it there.

The preaching is absolutely wonderful. It’s solidly reformed and Presbyterian. The church’s teaching as to how to go into the world to be Bible believing Christians is excellent. They offer so many classes and equip you to go into the world knowing scripture and sharing it with others. The people are so kind and inviting. They have a great children’s and women’s ministry. My only deep concern is that the music is not respecting our bodies as God’s temples. It is above the safe decibel level every service. This is an issue for people with neurodivergent challenges and is contributing to hearing loss. The church has bought into the lie that the music must be loud to appeal to the masses. I hope they will consider that praising God can be done at a safer decibel level.

I think that this church is theological solid. But, unfortunately, after visiting many times, I feel that the current pastor is too fearful in addressing current issues that are dramatically relevant to all believers and need to be acknowledged in order to prepare us. I sense that he might be more afraid of offending others and the possibility of losing attendees than he is concerned with speaking God’s truth in the face of a current dark world. I reached out personally to the pastor by email to confront him in love. He did not respond. Sadly, my family will no longer attend this mega church.
