Worst place I’ve ever been to! My experience at the Help Mission Center was very disappointing. The workers were rude and aggressive, and I witnessed staff yelling at small children for not standing directly next to their parents, even though their parents were only a foot away. The environment felt humiliating rather than helpful, and it seemed like people were treated differently based on favoritism. I also personally witnessed a worker named Sherine taking pictures of shoppers without their consent, which was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate for a place meant to help people.

They offer so much help here... Never know what they are going to have...like a treasure hunt

I would rate this a zero if I could because I had a very unpleasant experience with Sherine and other staff at the People’s City Mission Help Center.They were extremely rude and have a horrible attitude toward shoppers. Instead of being understanding or respectful, they spoke to me in a way that was embarrassing and made me feel very uncomfortable, especially when I accidentally took something extra. This is a place where people should feel supported and treated with kindness, not shamed or disrespected. This place used to be filled with respect and kindness by the owner before. Another thing is the staff take the supplies for shoppers and act like it’s no biggie.
