These people never answer the phone for the residents that live in the New Castle manor that are disabled and have issues with their apartments. They are never available for them or do anything for them without someone having to make a bunch of complaints against them. If yoh are going to own property not in your area then you need to hire local people to help them and deal with issues in a timely manner. These residents should not have to pay you rent when you aren't doing your jobs in maintaining the property. Especially since they can't do them selves. Shame on you!

I applied for affordable housing back in October and twice now they have lost my paperwork!. They apparently only help women because they definitely don’t care about my situation as a man.
