This is a horrible place. So if you call the crisis line. They will promise an urgent call back for services. I understand that was hopeful thinking and it might take long cuz I am sure they are busy. 4MONTHS LATER I GET A CALL SAYING SORRY WE DO NOT SERVICE YOUR AREA GOOD LICK TO YOU. REALLY SERIOUSLY!!! Since then I have lost custody of my kids. Fell into a deep depression. I think anyone who needs help go elsewhere. They are horrible to offer hope and counseling for some horrendous situations to so blatantly be uncaring without apologizing or taking responsibility. Just a paycheck. Hopefully they are not a non profit. I think I will follow up on that. Shame on yall. Maybe you should help the abuser with anger management. Us victims are use to the abuse not really stopping but hope for counseling and emotional support. Not a lot to ask. Just thinking about this company makes me want to vomit. They WILL MAKE ALL YOUR PROBLEMS WORSE. YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFED

I have been waiting for a phone call from for almost 2 months, I went in person, I called , I emailed them almost 10 to 12 times. It is hard to know you need help and no one can help you

I had such high hopes. They do not deliver or provide the services they told me they would. They straight out ghosted me. So tragic to have a service like this that's suppose to help women in turn make it worse for them. I hope they get it together and actually help people. Even though they might not think my case was worthy enough for their help, I hope other girls are getting the help they need. POV do what you say you're going to do.
