Both Ms. Sherri Lampkin, and Ms. Laneen Brown were incredibly kind, both extremely helpful, and they got me through my 12 hour course as quickly as possible with no hitches.

Money is the root of all evil and for this to be a faith and Christian based agency they do not mind stealing. To not refund $105 for a service not rendered, and not have anything in writing on refund policy on the the website or confirmation texts is very dishonest. I called in Thursday to get information on BIPP classes and was texted a website and told I had to pay $105 for a book & orientation so I booked and paid the $105 Friday. I got a text this morning that I needed to have information that I didn't have that could've been obtained on Friday to be prepared for today. I asked to be refunded because of the lack of professionalism, and the fact that the conversation when I called to inquire was little to none just book on the website and have your money is very misleading. I advise anybody else to seek your counseling elsewhere because you can tell they're money hungry. Also to be told you have kids, work and go to school and they still keep your money but didn't receive a service and have documentation the intake was canceled in this economy is sad!
