Jeff Long rated 1 4 months ago Go anywhere else for your required classes.
Here your proctor will be an unprofessional, abusive, megalomaniac.
I recommend Star Council if you need this service.
Do not under any circumstances give this madman your money, it's better literally anywhere else |
Kevin Smith rated 1 5 months ago After informing both my counsellor and the director himself I had been missing classes lately due to failing mental health and struggling with suicidal thoughts, they dropped me from the course with 16 of my 18 classes complete. They took the money they'd already made off me, and sent me back to the beginning to collect even more. They never called, emailed, or messages me in any other manner, despite being aware of my current struggles as a disabled veteran. I find this to be strange behavior for a "counselling" based organization. There's a reason they only have 2.3 stars. They are a scam, less interested in your mental health and more interested in the contents of your pockets. |
J Alvarez rated 1 6 months ago This place deserves a 0 rating. I had to reschedule an exit interview because I had to take care of my daughter and they are trying to charge me a $25 no show fee when #1 I did call about 10 hours before my interview and try and reschedule #2 when nobody called me back I did still take the interview but could not continue due to their policy of having to be in a room by yourself. Spoke with the director Rick and he offered no solution other than saying to pay the $25 because I did not call 24 hours before. With them pushing programs like Caring Dads they should be more understanding of unexpected emergencies. Terrible customer service and they appear to be just money hungry when I've already spent hundreds of dollars on their programs. |
Ruben Martinez rated 1 a year ago This organization should have a less than 0.0 star rating..
I was enrolled in opportunities counseling services. Do not enroll in this provider not professional at all they are alll rude counselors. Rick SaldIivar a Board Certified counselor is the main Supervisor he is non the less a person unprofessional and should not be in this trade if he really loves what he does Is to help people. Rick Saldivar is out to get you removed over small things. He does not like talking concerns/ issues with you about the group. Shannon is nontheless is no help and again nonprofessional in this provider everything is a laugh or a joke with during with this counselor. Bianca is nontheless sets everything of this entire organization like to cuss/ use profanity during group. I'm like noone wants to hear your unprofessional of cussing during group.
I'm entirely turned off with this particular organization and should be removed from the courts recommended provider to help people who are paying there hard earned money.

David Bennett rated 1 a year ago This place is a complete scam. I was referred to this class and ordered to take a 26 week course from my family court to better co parent. 99% of others in this course are ordered to take a mere 7 classes.
I am a business owner and work 100% out of state. With that being said, I have had made major sacrifices to attend the classes with some of them I had no choice to miss due to being on flights, or one other instance was my daughters birthday. Their rules, which were never disclosed to me, are the only things that are approved absences or incarceration or being hospitalized. Another rule that was never disclosed to me was that if you miss 3 days you start your course all over and lose your credits for each of your 2 hour classes you have attended. After completing a total of 21 two hour classes, RICK SALDIVAR has started my course from the beginning after missing class 2 days before Christmas while I was traveling to get home for Christmas. I reached out before hand and his immediate response was that it was unexcused Knowing that he would be starting my 26 week course over. Today myself and my attorney asked for the detailed attendance records and MR RICK SALDIVAR had innacurate records stating I did not attend certain days when I have factual record and proof of those days being attended. When asked RICK SALDIVAR for documentation showing the rules, he sent me a document that outlines the rules that also requires a signature from both the client and counselor. I informed him I have never seen nor signed such document, he simply stated its verbal. Is what it is.
This program is not inteded to assist you and learn new ways to cope with anger. This program is a cash cow intended to keep people stuck in the impossible never ending circle of starting over and over and over.
This program will be reported to the state. Read other reviews. Rick Saldivar is a con artist. |
