Go anywhere else for your required classes. Here your proctor will be an unprofessional, abusive, megalomaniac. I recommend Star Council if you need this service. Do not under any circumstances give this madman your money, it's better literally anywhere else

After informing both my counsellor and the director himself I had been missing classes lately due to failing mental health and struggling with suicidal thoughts, they dropped me from the course with 16 of my 18 classes complete. They took the money they'd already made off me, and sent me back to the beginning to collect even more. They never called, emailed, or messages me in any other manner, despite being aware of my current struggles as a disabled veteran. I find this to be strange behavior for a "counselling" based organization. There's a reason they only have 2.3 stars. They are a scam, less interested in your mental health and more interested in the contents of your pockets.

This place deserves a 0 rating. I had to reschedule an exit interview because I had to take care of my daughter and they are trying to charge me a $25 no show fee when #1 I did call about 10 hours before my interview and try and reschedule #2 when nobody called me back I did still take the interview but could not continue due to their policy of having to be in a room by yourself. Spoke with the director Rick and he offered no solution other than saying to pay the $25 because I did not call 24 hours before. With them pushing programs like Caring Dads they should be more understanding of unexpected emergencies. Terrible customer service and they appear to be just money hungry when I've already spent hundreds of dollars on their programs.
