Per the class content material, I bought the audio book The Four Agreements and listen to it often. I still have the same struggles as before and life is as complicated as ever, but I have some tools that help sustain me as I continue setting boundaries and building a better future for myself and family.

The counselors exhibit a genuine concern for the students enrolled in the courses and are highly approachable. They consistently demonstrate a pleasant demeanor and are cooperative in their interactions. However, it is unfortunate that the administrative staff, particularly Lola, appeared to be negligent and confrontational. Such behavior is inconsistent with the intended purpose of the counseling services provided.
Tried reaching management, and or office staff to review issues with the certificate they provided finally provided me, and they will not return my phone calls.

After informing both my counsellor and the director himself I had been missing classes lately due to failing mental health and struggling with suicidal thoughts, they dropped me from the course with 16 of my 18 classes complete. They took the money they'd already made off me, and sent me back to the beginning to collect even more. They never called, emailed, or messages me in any other manner, despite being aware of my current struggles as a disabled veteran. I find this to be strange behavior for a "counselling" based organization. There's a reason they only have 2.3 stars. They are a scam, less interested in your mental health and more interested in the contents of your pockets.
