To start with, the office staff are super friendly and very helpful, they know their information and they make sure you know what you need; on top of that, Dr. Reese is the best dentist I've ever been to, made me feel very comfortable even though I was nervous for my first extractions and he's the only dentist I've been do that made sure I felt no pain! I've had fillings(back when I had insurance) that hurt much worse and took much longer to do than it took Dr Reese to extract 2 teeth! He was so gentle I didn't feel the novacaine shots at all and then he was quick enough it was over before I knew he had started to pull them, couldn't have been even 5 minutes. Great team of very kind and caring people there, 👏 A+++

I wanted to leave a great review for this place after they helped fix a broken tooth and the staff were so understanding back in April. I waited a bit to write this as I had some travel for medical stuff and knew they were going to call me in for a cleaning at a later date. So I thought I'd roll everything all into one nice friendly review.
I thought...
The staff here during the initial visit were friendly and listened to me when I said that my blood pressure always goes high during dental appointments due to PTSD, hypervigilance, a fear of dentists stemming from childhood, etc. They took my BP more than once to see that after a bit of being in the office that it was indeed going down and everything went fine.
That appointment went great and I thought they were awesome.
That was not the case this time...
The initial staff at the desk and taking my x-rays were friendly again.
When it came to check my blood pressure this time, it was as usual just slightly over the mark for what they accept.
This time however the hygienist, whom I hadn't met on prior visits, decided to be aggressive in their handling with me over it.
They kept trying to bring up that I needed to see doctors and get on medications to treat it and would not listen to anything I had to say regarding the situation.
They re-tested me after a bit and I was within range, and even then she didn't stop making comments about needing to see doctors for my heart and weight.
I finally had to walk out after telling them that their behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.
I would honestly rather have all the teeth rot out of my head than be treated the way I was today.

My boyfriend had been dealing with tooth pain and no dental insurance for too long. They were so welcoming, kind, and helpful. I appreciate the work they do and how they dont in any way make you feel judged. You guys are such a blessing!
